  • The AES team-based system manages all scheduling, purchasing, and fabrication to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest of standards. From cost estimation through project development, production, close out, and maintenance, our Project Managers oversee the full lifecycle of projects and ensure open dialogue with clients throughout.

  • AES Technical Directors work in concert with Project Managers and oversee engineers, designers, and drafts people as they generate comprehensive drawing packages. These packages include mock-ups, constructions drawings, and as-builds, and serve to define the scope of a project, test for structural viability, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. AES’ Licensed Professional Engineer reviews all drawing submittals.

  • With their exemplary millwork, assembly, and finishing skills, the AES Carpentry Department produces both complex structures and architectural ornamentation. Combined with our fabricators’ expertise in structural design, materials, and engineering, the results are world-class sets, props, and scenery.

  • From theme painting to texture application, faux finishing to automotive coating, the AES Scenic Paint team perfects the look clients wish to achieve. With our full-time staff of expert artisans, our services include murals, trompe-l'oeil, and airbrushing, and our 30’ x 18’ x 15’ spray booth enables us to work on items in a controlled environment.

  • The sculpting and casting team uses the latest in 3D rendering and digital sculpting software to enable clients to see what the final product will look like. Working with foam, fiberglass, and plastics, and utilizing fully robotic carving stations, our experts produce precise and realistic replications, themed scenic elements, and permanent structures

  • Our metalwork department uses the latest in computer-controlled waterjet cutting to ensure exact metal applications, and the team creates specialized mechanical effects using precision machining, motion control, pneumatics, and hydraulics. We provide fabrication with numerous metals, including structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and our fully certified welding team can provide on-site fabrication and installation.

  • The AES Art Department provides a host of services that complete and perfect the look and feel of clients’ projects. From dressing scenery to creating topiaries and adding intricate embellishments, the team ensures that every aesthetic detail is attended to and flawless.

  • AES’ Graphics and Print Department uses the latest in print, graphic software, as well as freehand illustrations, to provide clients with a creative look at initial concepts. Their work includes graphic design, custom signage, logos, costuming, and float design, as well as conceptualizing entire show productions.
